9am - Sign in opens

9:30am - Tournament Briefing

9:40am - Group Stage

1:30pm - Lunch Break

2:15pm - Semi Finals

3:45pm - Grand Final

Rounds will be started earlier or later depending on the finish of the previous round.

FAQ

What happens if I am eliminated?

When you are eliminated from the tournament you are not asked to leave! You are welcome to either continue playing friendly games with other eliminated players, friends and family OR even play other games that you can bring with you!

Is this event Family Friendly? Can my children compete?

Yes! Players under the age of 18 are able to register for the event, however they must have a parent or guardian at the event with them. Players under the age of 12 must have a parent or guardian by their side during all games. Please be mindful if you believe your children would behave and cope well in a competitive environment with other adults. 

Can spectators attend?

Yes spectators are welcome to attend! Players and spectators are also welcome to use any unused table to play other board games that they bring! Spectators will be charged a $5 entry fee to assist with venue hire. 

Refund Policy

• Players who cancel their entry prior to exactly 3 weeks before the event start time are eligible for a 100% refund
• Players who cancel their entry between prior to exactly 2 weeks before the event start time are eligible for a 50% Refund
• Players who cancel their entry after exactly 2 weeks before the event start time are not eligible to receive a refund.

Event Cancellation Policy 

• If this event is cancelled all entrants will receive a full refund.
